Can I speak English, Afrikaans and French together?
That’s the workflow we’re building for. The transcription integration uses all three languages as hints and asks the model to preserve switches between them. Record, then pause to transcribe. Check the result carefully, especially clinical terminology. Live transcription needs the service to be configured.
Can CaseArc help draft my notes and letters?
You remain responsible for the clinical content. The workspace offers templates and, when connected, AI drafts of notes, referrals, summaries and care plans. AI can make mistakes. Review every draft against its sources; CaseArc does not make clinical decisions or send documents automatically.
Who can create a doctor account?
The registration flow is designed for registered doctors. We ask for your professional registration number, specialty and email verification. Email verification does not verify your professional credentials. Create your account, then enter the verification code sent to your email.
What is available in the demo?
Explore fictional sessions, a multilingual sample, custom templates, document review, appointment imports and manual transfers. Live AI generation requires a configured doctor account. Demo content lives in your browser tab and clears when you refresh. The demo does not record or send audio.
Is CaseArc ready for real patient information?
